We are Brad and Jen Anderson, breeders of Shikoku Ken and Kai Ken. We are a very small kennel located in Taos, New Mexico USA. We have a low production rate – no more than two breedings per year and no repeat (same sire and dam) breedings. This ensures that all Yamabushi puppies are unique and special. Our dogs are bred to strictly meet the FCI standards of each breed. As breeders, our primary goal is to enhance and preserve the bloodlines of these unique breeds in the United States. All our dogs are raised in a family environment, and are not kenneled.
